A short documentary about my father, Yoav Medan, and his life story through five technological projects of his that were all in some way built with love.
The film discusses the relations between love and technology, their distance and points of contact.
The graphic language developed for the film is inspired from my father’s childhood hobby of building complex and detailed life like paper airplanes. The transitions feature the crafting of his inventions into 3d paper models.
The film was made for my father’s 70th birthday, and was produced by filmmaker Amit Chachamov.
